pizzelle peanut butter s’mores

S’mores, but make it fashion. These s’mores are to. die. for. Swapping the graham cracker for a pizzelle not only makes them taste incredible, but it also makes them look super fancy. Offering these to friends and family will impress them in so many ways — in presentation, in taste, in everything. And this recipe won’t break the bank! I got all of these ingredients at Aldi for less than $20!

INGREDIENTS

  • One package of pizzelle cookies

  • Creamy peanut butter

  • Sea salt

  • Marshmallows

  • Chocolate bars

INSTRUCTIONS

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, place several marshmallows on the parchment paper and broil until brown on top - 3-5 minutes. Keep a close eye on them so that they don’t burn.

While the marshmallows are roasting, put a layer of peanut butter on several pizzelle cookies, sprinkle sea salt on the peanut butter, and then add a layer of chocolate bars.

When the marshmallows are roasted, take them out of the oven and carefully add them on top of the chocolate layer and top with another pizzelle.

Ta-da! You did it. You’re so cool.
