Chicken nugget board

Charcuterie board? I thought you said Chicken nugget board. Regardless, this is perfect for upcoming Super Bowl parties! Also good for birthday parties and especially Valentine’s Day parties — nothing says “I love you” quite like 40 chicken nuggets. Also, this has to be the easiest recipe in the world. My gift to you.

CHICKEN NUGGET BOARD TIPS

  • Tip 1: Variety. Go to 2 or 3 different restaurants and select different kinds of nuggets — spicy, regular, tenders, etc. This gives a variety of shapes and colors for the board, and honestly, variety is the single overriding tip for any spread like this.

  • Tip 2: Buy some garnish (or maybe you have some in your garden!). The garnish adds color and sophistication to a somewhat monochromatic arrangement.

  • Tip 3: While you’re at the grocery store buying the garnish, pick up a bottle of your favorite sauces. Ketchup, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Ranch, Blue Cheese, etc. Think about the bowls that you’re putting them in when deciding how much to buy.

  • Tip 4: When you’re assembling the chicken nugget board, start with placing the bowls of dipping sauce and arrange the nuggets around the bowls. Put little bits of an item in several places all over the table. For example, put spicy nuggs in each corner, and be sure that all of the nuggets are mixed in well with the tenders. Fill in empty spaces with garnish.

  • Tip 5: Surround the board with fries!

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken nuggets and tenders from several different restaurants

  • 3 large fries from one of the previously mentioned restaurants

  • Garnish — I chose parsley

  • Dipping sauces — ketchup, honey mustard, BBQ, ranch, blue cheese, etc.
